Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 33 and 52 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (The Listing Regulations), MMTC has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 29.05.2026 has approved the following: (i) Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
