With reference to its submission dated August 26, 2026 regarding the newspaper publication of the pre-dispatch notice of the 11th (Eleventh) Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company. Smartworks Coworking Spaces has clarified that, due to inadvertent typographical errors in the aforesaid cover letter, the following details were incorrectly mentioned: 1. The date of the AGM was mentioned as ‘September 22, 2025’ instead of the correct date, ‘September 22, 2026’; and 2. The date of publication of the newspaper advertisements was mentioned as ‘August 25, 2026’ instead of the correct date, ‘August 26, 2026’. The company has clarified that the 11th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 through Video Conference (“VC”)/Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”), as correctly mentioned in the newspaper publications submitted along with the aforesaid letter and that the newspaper advertisements were published in Financial Express (All Editions) – English and Jansatta (Delhi Edition) – Hindi, in the editions dated August 26, 2026. The company has further confirmed that there is no change in the AGM date or any other information contained in the newspaper publications, and all other details remain unchanged. This clarification shall also be hosted on the website of the company: https://www.smartworksoffice.com/investors/.
