Glenmark Pharmaceuticals informs about press release
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has informed that, Glenmark Specialty S.A. (Glenmark) today announced that U.S. FDA has approved the expanded use of RYALTRIS® (olopatadine hydrochloride and mometasone furoate) Nasal Spray, 665 mcg/25 mcg per spray, for the treatment of symptoms of Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis (SAR) in pediatric patients aged 6 to less than 12 years. With this approval, RYALTRIS® is now approved in the United States for adults and pediatric patients aged 6 years and older, extending this treatment option to a younger pediatric population. Lupin informs about acquisition
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Lupin has informed that Lupin Inc. U.S.A., wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a licensing agreement to grant an exclusive perpetual license for two of its oncology programs, LNP7457 (PRMT5) and LNP8701 (SOS1), to Kaveri Therapeutics, Inc. U.S.A. (‘Kaveri’), in exchange for an 82.2% equity stake (Common Shares) in Kaveri. The details required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026 (reference no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026), along with other applicable circulars, are set out in Annexure I. A press release regarding this arrangement is enclosed.
