Jaiprakash Power Ventures informs about addendum to AGM notice
With reference to its letter dated 4th July, 2026 wherein the Company had submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the Notice of the 31st Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) to be held on Thursday, 30th July, 2026 at 11:30 am (IST) via Video Conference/ Other Audio-Visual Means. Jaiprakash Power Ventures has informed that the explanatory statement relating to certain disclosures on the brief profiles of the directors proposed to be appointed, as required under the Secretarial Standard on General Meetings (SS-2) issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) was inadvertently omitted from the AGM Notice due to an administrative oversight. Accordingly, Notice of AGM with Addendum including the requisite disclosures as required under SS-2 is enclosed. This Addendum to the AGM Notice is the integral part of notice dated 22nd May, 2026, circulated to the Shareholders of the Company and shall be available at Company’s website at www.jppowerventures.com. The Company shall take necessary action for uploading the Notice of the AGM with Addendum on websites of CDSL, BSE, NSE and on the website of the Company for their information. Members and other stakeholders are requested to read the AGM Notice along with this Addendum.
