Tube Investments of India informs about acquisition of additional equity shares
Tube Investments of India has informed that, pursuant to the approval accorded by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today (21st August 2026), the Company has acquired 20,64,713 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each of Shanthi Gears ('SGL’), a listed subsidiary of the Company, representing 2.69% of the paid-up share capital of SGL, by way of a block deal today, i.e. 21st August 2026. Pursuant to the aforesaid acquisition, the Company's shareholding in SGL has increased from 70.46% to 73.16%. The details are in the annexed statement of disclosure furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January 2026.
