Mphasis informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mphasis has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and take on record the Auditor’s Report thereon. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, June 23, 2026, to Saturday, July 25, 2026 (both days inclusive). The trading window will open on Sunday, July 26, 2026. The company has informed that it will organize an Earnings Conference Call for Investors and Analysts on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 8:30 AM Indian Standard Time.
