Adani Energy Solutions informs about update
Pursuant to the acceptance of the terms of settlement by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’), Adani Energy Solutions has informed that a Settlement Order has been passed in respect of the settlement applications filed by the company (formerly known as Adani Transmission), its directors, Gautam S. Adani, Rajesh S. Adani and Anil Kumar Sardana, and its erstwhile directors, Deepak Bhargava and Laxmi Narayana Mishra, without admission or denial of the findings of fact and conclusions of law in respect of the alleged violations, under the SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018. The details of the Settlement Order as required to be provided under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexure A.
