Vishal Mega Mart informs about grant of stock options
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vishal Mega Mart has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company’ on June 15, 2026 through circulation, has approved the grant of 9,75,000 Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 119/- per stock option under the Vishal Mega Mart Employees Stock Options Plan 2019. The requisite details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are set out in the Annexure to this intimation.
