With reference to letter dated 10th April 2026 through which the company had intimated that the Company has initiated the process of postal ballot (‘Postal Ballot’) for seeking approval of the shareholders by way of special resolution in terms of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 10th April 2026 and in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III(A) (13) of the Listing Regulations, Suzlon Energy has further informed that the shareholders have approved the resolution proposed by the Company vide Postal Ballot Notice dated 10th April 2026 by requisite majority, the details of which are enclosed. In terms of Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the copy of the voting results along with the copy of the Scrutinizer’s Reports is also enclosed.
