In this regard, Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie has assumed the charge of CFO of the Company with effect from 01st July, 2026. The other details as per relevant provisions of SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
