Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jain Irrigation Systems has informed that it attached the Press Release titled ‘Supercritical and Jain Irrigation Sign Deal for Up to 19,000 Tonnes of Biochar Credits.’ The company has entered into an agreement with Supercritical, a carbon removal marketplace, for biochar carbon removal credits covering up to 19,000 tonnes from the Company's operations for the years 2026 and 2027. The agreement relates to the Company's industrial biochar facility in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, which converts agricultural and food processing residues into biochar, contributing to durable carbon removal and sustainable agricultural practices.
