Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), with profound grief and sorrow Garware Hi – Tech has informed about the sudden and untimely demise of Sarita Garware Ramsay (DIN: 00136048), Joint Managing Director of the Company, on July 09, 2026. Sarita Garware Ramsay (DIN: 00136048), had been serving as a Joint Managing Director of the Company since 2002. Her wisdom, experience, and contributions were deeply valued by the Board and the Company The passing away of Sarita Garware Ramsay (DIN: 00136048), Joint Managing Director, is an irreparable loss to the Company. The Board of Directors and all employees of the Company express their deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family. The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are given Annexure - A.
