Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements), 2015, Torrent Power has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper advertisements published today, June 11, 2026 in ‘The Financial Express’ English (All India Editions) and ‘The Financial Express’ Gujarati (Ahmedabad Edition), intimating to the Members in respect of Deduction of Tax at source on Final Dividend for FY 2025-26, which is subject to approval of the Members’ at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
