Pursuant to the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities by Insiders of the Company’, provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further to the NSE letter bearing reference no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders, Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) will remain closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
