Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tarsons Products has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors for the corresponding period and to transact other business matters, if any.
