Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vinayak Polycon International has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 15th day of May, 2026 at 11:30 am (IST) at the Registered office of the Company situated at 312, Navjeevan Complex, 29, Station Road, Jaipur - 302 006 (Rajasthan), to consider, discuss and approve the Audited Financial Results along with Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Further, in continuation to its intimation for Closure of Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company dated March 25, 2026, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed upto 48 hours of declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026, for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as covered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and hence they are not allowed to trade in the shares of the Company till May 17, 2026.
