  • Login to your SBI credit card account with your ID and password. If you’re a first-time user, create an account on the portal.

  • Under the ‘Requests’ tab, select the ‘Card Activation’ option located on the left side of the screen.

  • You can review the list of blocked cards and select the one you wish to unblock.

2. Unblock Your SBI Credit Card Using Via the ‘Write to US’ Option

You can also register your SBI card unblocking request via the bank’s ‘Write to Us’ grievance redressal system. To do so, you need to follow these steps:


  • Go to the official SBI credit card page. 

  • Navigate to the ‘Write to Us’ section on the homepage. 

  • Enter your card number, full name, email ID, and mobile number.

1. Unblock  Your SBI Credit Card Via the Customer Care

You can call the SBI card helpline to reactivate your temporarily blocked card. To get in touch with the SBI credit card customer care helpline simply dial any of the following numbers from your registered phone number:

  • 39020202 (prefix applicable STD city code)

When you call the customer care number, you will be asked to authenticate your identity by providing certain important information like your card PIN, DOB, etc. 


2. Unblock  Your SBI Credit Card by Sending a letter

You can write an application addressing SBI’s Customer Care Service Manager and mail it to the following address:
