Sammaan Capital informs about buyback of USD denominated bonds
Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘LODR Regulations’), Sammaan Capital has informed that a meeting of the Securities Issuance and Investment Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on or after July 20, 2026, to consider, and if thought fit, approve the proposal for buyback of the USD denominated bonds, subject to applicable laws, regulatory approvals, market conditions and terms of the respective issue documents.
