Crisil has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter and half year ended June 30, 2026. Abhishek Tomar is not debarred from holding the office of a director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
