In continuation of letter no. VEDL/Sec./SE/26-27/52 dated June 18, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, and the Secretarial Standard on General Meetings (SS-2) issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Vedanta has informed that it enclosed the copy of newspaper advertisement published today, June 20, 2026, intimating that the 61st AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 3:00 pm IST through VC/OAVM, in Sakal (Mumbai in Marathi Language).
