Hemisphere Properties India informs about change in directorate
Hemisphere Properties India has informed the President of India acting through Administrative Ministry, i.e., Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, vide its Office Order dated 21.04.2026, informed that Rajeev Kumar Das (DIN: 07730466) has ceased to be the Director on the Board of the company (HPIL) with immediate effect. Further, Suchit Goyal (DIN: 11053229), Under Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) appointed as Director on the Board of the company with effect from date of issue of abovesaid order. Pursuant to SEBI direction regarding appointment of Directors by listed companies and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2018/24, dated 20 June, 2018, and based on the affirmation by Director, the Company has affirmed that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The brief profile of Suchit Goyal (DIN: 11053229), is enclosed. Further, the said director does not have any inter-se relationship with any of the Director of Company.
