2. Email Statement Registration

• Log yourself into the PNB Internet Banking website.

• Select ‘Other Services and click on ‘Service Requests’. Now tap on ‘New Requests’ and select ‘Email Statement Registration’.

3. Contact the nearest PNB branch

  To register your email ID, contact the PNB Credit card Customer Service Center. You contact them at 1800 180 2222 or 1800 103 2222.

• SMS Registration

Type ESTMT(space) the last four digits of your a/c number(space) email ID you want to get registered. Send this SMS to either 92640092640 or 5607040 from your registered mobile number.

To check your PNB credit card statement offline, you follow either of the below-mentioned methods:

• You can visit the nearest PNB branch and ask the officials for your credit card statements. They will ask for the essential details about your account, like a/c number, IFSC code, etc., and then provide you with the credit card statement.

• The alternative way to obtain your PNB credit card statement offline is by contacting the customer service center of PNB from your registered mobile number. You can inform them about your requirements and provide them with details about your account. You can use this method to obtain both offline or e-copy of your credit card statement.

Credit Card statements are curated in such a manner that every minute detail gets recorded. Every piece of information is important. • Section 7 - If you want to know upcoming offers on your PNB credit card, read this section carefully.

• Section 8 - This section specifies the new policies or terms revised by PNB on credit cards.
