What are the Fees and Charges in GUJRERA?

  • For commercial projects, the registration fee is ₹20 per square metre for plots not exceeding 1,000 square metres. However, if the plot does exceed 1,000 square metres, the fee is ₹25 per square metre capped at a maximum of ₹10 Lakhs.

  • For plotted development projects, the registration fee is ₹5 per square metre capped at a maximum of ₹2 Lakhs.

  • In order to carry out a withdrawal of application, the fee is 5% of the registration fee or ₹25,000, whichever is higher.
