Documents Required to Register Projects in UP RERA

1. For Real Estate Agents

  • PAN card for identity proof
  • Address Proof
  • Documents mentioning details of the real estate agent’s company
  • Property/Projects Registration documents
  • MoA (Memorandum of Association)
  • Article of Association
  • ITR of the previous 3 fiscal years. 
  • A declaration certificate, in case an exemption has been given to the organisation from filing ITR

2. For Promoters

  • PAN card for Identity proof
  • ITR of the previous 3 financial years
  • The balance sheet of the last fiscal year
  • Title deed issued by the promoter
  • Project Encumbrance Certificate
  • In cases where the sole proprietorship of the property or land is not under the promoter, a copy of the partnership, collaboration, lease, etc., would be required mandatorily
  • Application as per Form A mentioned in subsection (1) of Section 4 format
