  • ✔️What to do if my credit card is lost/stolen?

    If your credit card is stolen or lost, you must call your credit card issuer first and block the card. Then, you must register an FIR with the police. Next, you must check your credit card statement and review your credit report and dispute errors with credit bureaus (if any). At last, you must apply for a replacement credit card.

    If your query is unsolved in spite of calling the bank’s credit card helpline number, you can escalate the issue by writing an email and sending it to the customer support email ID of the bank. If your query hasn’t been solved even after 30 days from the date of raising it, you can file a complaint with the banking ombudsman appointed for your jurisdiction.
