    If your credit card is stolen or lost, you must call your credit card issuer first and block the card. Then, you must register an FIR with the police.     If your query is unsolved in spite of calling the bank’s credit card helpline number, you can escalate the issue by writing an email and sending it to the customer support email ID of the bank. If your query hasn’t been solved even after 30 days from the date of raising it, you can file a complaint with the banking ombudsman appointed for your jurisdiction.
