Checking your Bajaj EMI card status is a straightforward process. You have two options to go about verifying your Bajaj Finserv card status – the Bajaj Finserv Wallet app or Experia, the customer portal.
Here’s a closer look at the steps involved in both these alternatives.
Step 1: Using the OTP sent to your registered number, you can enter the Bajaj Finserv Wallet app.
Step 2: You’ll find a tab in the top right corner labeled as ‘Know More.’ Click on it.
Step 3: You’ll find a field where you need to enter your date of birth. Once you feed this information in, select the ‘See EMI Card Now’ option.
Step 4: You will receive all the essential EMI Network Card details, including the status of your card.
Step 1: Head to Experia, our customer portal.
Step 2: Fill in your customer ID, your registered phone number, or your registered email address.
Step 3: Complete the login procedure using your password (in case you’re logging in with your customer ID) or using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number (in case you’re logging in using your phone/email ID).
Step 4: If you do not have access to your phone/email ID, you can choose to login with your Facebook or Google account.
Step 5: Head to the ‘My Relationship’ section and select the ‘EMI Network Card’ option.
Step 6: Here, you can access all the details of your EMI Network card, such as the card number, its status, expiry, and more.
Once activated, you can use your Bajaj Finserv EMI Card to shop for a myriad range of products online, or in any of the offline partner stores.
