Use the toll-free number 1800 103 6001 to contact the customer service team. They will respond to your queries and complaints from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 7 pm. This service is unavailable on public holidays, Sundays, and every month's fourth Saturday. You can also check the status of your loan application by giving a missed call on +91-9594763763.

Online Service Channels

You can easily reach out to SMGF India Credit via their mobile application. The app, known as mConnect App, is easily accessible for iOS and Android users. You can also use the ‘Service Connect’ option available on the lender’s official website.

Grievance Redressal

If you are dissatisfied with the response offered by the customer care team, you can use the grievance redressal mechanism. Here are the various levels of the grievance redressal process:

The CCRC sends an acknowledgement/interim response for your complaints within 7 business days. Meanwhile, the time taken by the GRO and PNO is 2 business days.

 

If you are not satisfied by the response, contact the RBI Ombudsman. Reach out to the authorities through the following points of contact:

  • Visit https://cms.rbi.org.in to access the online complaint management system
