Lab Test Package (some exclusions)

• You cannot redeem the benefit against cash.

• You can access this package only on the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network.

• Your remaining benefit cannot be carried forward to the next year, even if you re-purchase or renew the policy after one year.

• You cannot transfer this benefit to any other member.

• You need to reap this benefit at one instance.

• Only selected locations have home collection facilities available. In case your desired location is not available, you will have to physically go and take the tests.

Network Discounts (some exclusions)

• You cannot club the network discounts with any other benefit.

• You cannot utilise the network discounts outside the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network.

OPD/Doctor’s Consultation (some exclusions)

• You cannot club the OPD/Doctor’s Consultation benefit with any other benefit.

• You cannot redeem this benefit against cash.

• If any medical procedures are undertaken, reimbursements will not be made.

• Your remaining benefit cannot be carried forward to the next year, even if you re-purchase or renew the policy after one year.

• You cannot transfer this benefit to any other member.

How to Make a Claim

You can raise the reimbursement claims for doctor consultations or lab and radiology benefits in the following three ways –

Bajaj Finserv Health Website

• Go to the Bajaj Finserv Health website and sign-up.

• Go to ‘Health Plans’ and select the purchased plan.

• Tap on ‘Doctor Consultation’ or ‘Lab & Radiology Benefit’ to select it, based on your choice.

• Enter the details asked and upload the invoice.

• Share your bank account details and upload a cancelled cheque.

• Submit this claim.

Now, this claim will be reimbursed within 48 business working hours directly into your bank account.

Bajaj Finserv Health App

• Use your registered mobile number on the Bajaj Finserv Health app to sign-in.

• Go to ‘My Health Plans’ and select the plan you have purchased.

• Tap on ‘Doctor Consultation’ or ‘Lab & Radiology Benefit’ to select it, based on your choice.

• Enter your necessary details and upload the invoice.

• Share your bank account details and upload a cancelled cheque.

• Now, click on ‘Submit’.

• Now, the claim will be reimbursed within 48 working hours directly into your bank account.

Emailing to Customer Service

• Email the team at customercare@bajajfinservhealth.in

• Provide an attached scanned copy of the invoice with all the details.

• Mention all the required details such as hospital/lab name, patient name, and bill amount.

• Share your bank details (account number, bank name, IFSC, primary account holder’s name) and upload a cancelled cheque.

 

Now, the claim will be reimbursed within 48 business working hours directly into your bank account.

Tele-consultation Service

Bajaj Finserv Health Website

• Visit the

  bajajfinservhealth.in website.

• Use the registered mobile number and sign-up.

• Go to “My Health Plans” and select the Purchased plan.

• Tap on the ‘Tele-consultation benefit’ option to select it.

• Look at the list of doctors and choose that of your own choice.

• Choose your preferable date and time.

• Submit the claim.

You will receive the online link to join the call 15 mins before the doctor’s tele-consultation.

The doctor will then join the call on the scheduled date and time.

Download the Bajaj Finserv Health app from App or Play Store.

• Use the registered mobile number and sign-up.

• Go to “My Health Plans” and select the Purchased plan.

• Tap on the ‘Tele-consultation benefit’ option to select it.

• Look at the list of doctors and choose that of your own choice.

• Choose your preferable date and time and submit the claim.

 

You will receive the online link to join the call 15 mins before the doctor’s tele-consultation.

The doctor will then join the call on the scheduled date and time.

Emailing to Customer Service

• You are required to send an email at customercare@bajajfinservhealth.in.

• Mention all the required details such as hospital/lab name, patient name, and bill amount.

You will receive a call from the customer care executive for your identity confirmation using One Time Password (OTP).

You will receive an SMS with the voucher link on your registered mobile number. You need to share this voucher code so that you can reap the benefits of the cashless lab test package.

Network Discounts

• Discounts are offered on healthcare services by Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network. You can reap its benefits in the following ways –

• Visit the ‘healthcare services’ offered by any hospital or laboratory which is a part of Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network.

• Give the billing executive the benefit requested on the network and your registered mobile number.

• Share the One Time Password (OTP) that you receive with the executive.

• PostF sharing the OTP, you can get a discount of up to 10% on selected services at the hospital or network under the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network.
