If the plan mentions any specific doctor or a medical specialist, you can consult with them. Otherwise, you can consult a doctor based on your choice. Its benefits are -

• Consultation with any doctor with a BDS, MBBS, BAMS, and BHMS (dental, homoeopathic, and ayurvedic dental) degree according to the specialists offered in the plan of your choice. Then you are required to submit an invoice for its reimbursement. It should clearly mention the doctor’s consultation fees, his/her speciality and name, his/her registration number, consultation date, the doctor’s stamp, and your reimbursement details.

• Every member mentioned under this policy can reap this benefit.

• You can claim this amount of benefit either in one visit or distributed over more than one visit for the doctor’s consultations. 

2.      Lab Test Packages

Any pathology or radiology tests up to the benefit amount are covered by the laboratory and radiology benefit. You can profit from the following:

- Get paid up to the benefit amount for any pathology or radiology test that you choose to have performed at any lab or radiology centre. For approval, the uploaded laboratory or radiology invoice must clearly include the amount, consumption date, and stamp.

- All members mentioned in the policy may use this perk.

- Depending on the value of benefits, the benefit amount may be split out among a number of pathology or radiological tests at a single visit.

What’s Not Covered under the Psoriasis Care Plan?

Network Discounts (some exclusions) 

●       You cannot club the network discounts with any of the other benefits. 

●       You cannot utilise the network discounts outside the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health.

Package of Laboratory Tests (some exclusions) 

• You cannot redeem the benefit against cash. 

• You can access this package only on the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health.

• Your remaining benefit cannot be carried forward to the next year, even if you re-purchase or renew the policy after one year. 

• You cannot transfer this benefit to any other member. 

• You need to reap this benefit at one instance. 

• Only selected locations have home collection facilities available. In case your desired location is unavailable, you will have to go to the laboratory to take your prescribed tests. 

Teleconsultation (some exclusions) 

• Consultation with your doctor will be provided either in-app or video, audio or text. Physical consultation is not allowed. 

• Non-transferrable. 

• Cannot be carried forward. 

• Benefit cannot be redeemed against cash.

• Tap on ‘Consultation of Doctor’ or ‘Radiology & Lab Benefit’ to select it, based on what you choose.

• Please fill in the details as asked and then upload the received invoice. 

• Share the details of your bank and then upload the cheque that is cancelled.

• Submit this claim. 

  

Now, within forty eight working hours, this claim amount will be credited instantly into your bank account.

• Go to your health plans section and select the plan you have purchased.

• You need to visit the services of healthcare offered by any laboratory or hospital under the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health. 

• Give the billing executive the requested benefit on their network and your registered phone number. 

• Share the One Time Password (OTP) that you receive, with their executive. 

• After you give the OTP, you can get up to 10% discount on selected services or hospitals under the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health.
