• Through the Net Banking Portal

Follow these simple steps to pay your bill using the bank's net banking portal:

1. Log in to the official ICICI Bank internet banking using your user ID and password

2. You can either click on ‘Pay Bill’ in the ‘My Credit Cards’ section or go to the ‘Card and Loans’ tabs and click on the ‘Pay Bill’ button

3. For both cases, it will navigate you to a page where you need to put your account and payment-related details

4. After filling in the details, click on ‘Next’. It will direct you to a ‘Confirmation’ page. 

5. After checking the details, click on ‘Submit’ to complete the payment

After the payment, you will receive an ‘E-receipt’ that you can save and keep as proof. 

• Via the Mobile App – iMobile Pay

The iMobile Pay App offers a bill payment facility for different types of bills from ICICI Bank or any other bank. For a quick credit card bill payment, note the following steps:

1. Open the App and log in to your account

2. Swipe right, go to ‘My Credit Card’ and click on ‘Manage’

3. Click on the ‘Pay Bill’ option

4. Make the payment using a method of your choice

5. Confirm the details and complete the transaction

• Through the Scan to Pay Facility

You can also make your ICICI Bank Credit Card bill payment by scanning a QR code using any UPI-enabled app. To make the payment, follow these steps:

1. Click on ‘Proceed’ and enter your Credit Card number

2. Verify the displayed details

3. Enter the payment amount

4. Click on ‘Generate QR Code’

5. Open any UPI-enabled app or the BHIM app and scan the generated QR code

6. Authorise and complete the payment

7. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and transaction number

• Through BillDesk 

You can use the BillDesk platform to make a secure ICICI Bank Credit Card bill payment online. Follow these steps to proceed:

1. Visit the ICICI Bank BillDesk payment page

2. Enter your email address and Credit Card details

3. Specify the amount you wish to pay

4. Select the bank account you want to use for the payment

5. It will redirect you to your selected bank’s online banking page

6. Log in and authenticate the transaction using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number

• Via the Auto Debit Facility

If you have a Savings Account with ICICI Bank, you can pay your credit card bill directly from it. Submit a written instruction to the Bank. ICICI Bank will then debit your account each month on the due date.

Note: ICICI Bank levies a fee of ₹100 for each credit card payment processed at a branch. The bank will also apply 18% GST on this fee.
