Canteen Stores Department (CSD) Bike Price List 2026

Here is a list of common documents you need to have to purchase a bike through the CSD Canteen. Ensure you carry all these documents before visiting the CSD Canteen to avoid any delays in the purchase process.

The CSD has launched an AFD Portal to simplify the online purchase of two-wheelers for eligible armed forces personnel. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the AFD Portal

Open the official CSD AFD website: https://afd.csdindia.gov.in

On the homepage, click on “SHOP NOW”. Then select “Not a member yet? Register Now” to begin the registration process if you are a new user.

Before you start, keep the following ready:

• Grocery Card / Canteen Card

• PAN Card

• Active mobile number for OTP verification

2. Fill in the Registration Form

Enter details such as Name, Card ID, and Chip Number exactly as printed on your Grocery/Canteen Card.
Provide your mobile number and click “Send OTP” to verify it.

Important points to note:

• If a user already exists with the same username, grocery card number, or PAN, an error message will be displayed.

• Duplicate details (username, email ID, PAN, etc.) are not allowed.

• If errors continue, you should contact the AFD help desk for assistance.

• If your date of enrolment or commissioning is less than five years, you will not be eligible to purchase products through the portal.

Once all details are correctly filled, click “Submit”.

3. Verification and Approval

After submission, your application is sent for administrative verification. You will not be able to log in immediately. Access is granted only after the details are verified. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email ID.

4. Login and OTP Authentication

After approval, log in to the portal. You will be prompted to enter an OTP sent to your registered mobile number to complete the login process. And after successful login, you can browse available bikes, check CSD pricing, and proceed with the purchase as per CSD guidelines.

Follow these steps to purchase a vehicle through the CSD offline:

• Step 1: Visit the showroom and book your preferred vehicle by paying the token advance

• Step 2: Note the engine number and chassis number

• Step 3: Obtain a CSD price quotation for the vehicle

• Step 4: Collect the availability certificate

• Step 5: Go to afd.csdindia.gov.in, click on “Shop Now” > “New Registration,” and create a username and password. Enter service details, grocery card number, and chip number (Ensure accuracy as post-submission edits are restricted)

• Step 6: Each login requires OTP verification via your registered mobile number

• Step 7: On the portal, search for the same vehicle as booked, verify the displayed price with the showroom's quote. Request correction if there is a mismatch

• Step 8: Select your state, area, and nearest canteen

• Step 9: Make full payment to the CSD account using personal funds, bank loan, or both

• Step 10: Upload documents: payment proof, Aadhaar, PAN, PPO or last pay certificate, availability certificate with engine and chassis number. Click “Generate Challan” and print the summary sheet

• Step 11: Visit the canteen with originals and copies of all documents, including the grocery card and ID card

• Step 12: Within 2–3 days, receive an SMS and email for the PO/Supply Order

• Step 13: Collect the PO/Supply Order from the CSD and submit it to the showroom to take delivery of the vehicle
