Entities such as SBI Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and BofA Securities were among the buyers.

In a strategic move, Bajaj Finserv announced plans to acquire Allianz SE's 26% stake in their joint ventures, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. This acquisition, valued at approximately $2.83 billion, will result in Bajaj Finserv holding 100% ownership in both insurance subsidiaries. The transaction is pending regulatory approvals.
