• Go to the official website of the Telangana EPDS.

• Click on the ‘Reports’ mentioned in the list on the left corner of the screen.

• Select the ‘ration card report’ option. To know the status of your Telangana Ration card 2022, select the ‘FSC status report’ option from the list mentioned.

• You will then be directed to the next page. Select the district and the closest shop number for your convenience.

• A list of ration cards under the selected shop will appear on the screen on the next page.

• The status of your Telangana Ration card 2022 will appear on the Telangana EPDS portal.

Telangana Ration Card Eligibility

To know the Telangana ration card eligibility, the citizens need to be aware of the types of ration cards issued by the Telangana state government. The ration cards are colour-coded. There are three major types of Telangana ration cards –

• AFSC - AFSC stands for Antyodaya Food Security Card. The AFSC Telangana ration card is issued by the state government for the households above the poverty line

• FSC – FSC stands for Food Security Card. The FSC Telangana ration card is issued by the Telangana state government for the households below the poverty line.

• Antyodaya Anna Yojna Cards - This category of Telangana ration card is issued to the financially weakest section.

Here is a list of eligibility criteria to apply for a Telangana ration card –

• You should be a Telangana resident.

• You should not hold/own any of the Telangana ration cards (AFSC, FSC, or Antyodaya Anna Yojna Cards)

• You should belong to an economically weaker section (EWS) of the society.

• If you are newly married, you can apply for a Telangana ration card.

• State Domicile - It is a residential proof of the applicant in the Telangana State.

• Passport size photo – Two passport size photographs will be required for the application process.

• Aadhar Card – A photocopy of the Aadhar card will be required for Identity proof.

• Download and print the application form from the official website or visit the closest MeeSeva center for the Telangana ration card application form.

• Fill in all the details and attach the documents mentioned above with the Telangana ration card application form.

• Submit the form at the closest MeeSeva center.

• Open the official website of MeeSeva and select the ‘other links’ option mentioned on the screen.

• Click on the ‘application forms’ from the displayed list on the screen.

• On the next page, select ‘civil supplies’. For a new application form, click on ‘application for an FSC (Food Security Card)’.

• The form will then get downloaded automatically on your device. Print the Telangana ration card application form after the download is complete.

• Fill primary details like name, address, etc, and secondary details like qualification, income, etc in the Telangana ration card application form. Attach the documents with the form.

• Visit the nearest MeeSeva center to submit the Telangana ration card application form. The center administration will ask for nominal fees with the form.

After applying for Telangana ration card status, you can check the status of your application online on your devices –

• Visit the official website of Telangana EPDS.

• Select the ‘FSC search’ tab on the portal. On the next page, the applicant can enter any of the following details to know the status of their Telangana ration card 2022.

• Ration card application number

• FSC Reference Number

• Old Ration Card Number

• District

• After entering the details, select done. The status of your Telangana ration card 2022 will be displayed on the screen. You can also save the status on your device.
