On May 29, shares of Denta Water & Infra Solutions Ltd. declined over 10% to ₹266.00, following the announcement of its Q4 and FY25 results. This revealed a decrease in revenue due to project execution delays.
In the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2025, Denta Water reported:
Revenue: ₹ ₹54.14 Crores, down approximately 47% year-over-year.
Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹₹13.72 Crores, reflecting a decrease of about 50% from the same quarter in the previous year.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹6.70, compared to ₹14.22 in Q4 FY24.
The decline in revenue was primarily attributed to delays in project certification and billing cycles, particularly in the last quarter, which impacted revenue recognition.
Despite the quarterly setback, Denta Water's annual performance for FY25 showcased the following :
Total Revenue: ₹203.3 Crores, a slight decline from ₹238.6 Crores Million in FY24.
EBITDA: ₹72.4 Crores, with an EBITDA margin of 35.63%.
PAT: ₹52.9 Crores, achieving a PAT margin of 26.02%, an improvement from 25.34% in FY24.
The company maintained margins due to effective cost management and operational efficiency.
As of March 31, 2025, Denta Water held an order book worth ₹614.4 Crores, providing significant revenue visibility. The majority of this, ₹587.26 Crores, is attributed to the Water Management segment, reaffirming the company's core operational focus.
Denta Water's Q4 FY25 results were impacted by project execution delays, leading to a drop in revenue and profit.
While revenue declined in Q4, the annual metrics showed sustained margins.
