As per the official data on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, the Indian stock markets opened positively but with more modest gains compared to the previous day (June 9, 2025):
The BSE Sensex was trading around 82,475.94 to 82,644.00, showing a slight increase of approximately 30 to 124 points (about 0.04% to 0.15%) in early trading hours.
The NSE Nifty50 was up marginally, trading between approximately 25,116 and 25,196, gaining roughly 13 to 25 points (0.05% to 0.37%).
The Nifty Bank index showed mixed movement, initially trading higher at around 56,993.90 but later declining to register a drop of 0.23% during the session.
The fertilisers segment experienced selling pressure today, with most stocks trading lower. However, a few companies managed to post gains.
