  3. On the redirected page, enter your 10-digit Consumer ID, fill in the captcha code, and click SUBMIT

  4. Once bill details are displayed, choose Credit Card as the payment option

Note: Online payment is currently available only for consumers in Shillong, Nongpoh, Jowai, Sohra, Nongstoin, Mairang, Tura, Williamnagar, and Resubelpara. Consumers in other areas may visit their nearest CSC Rainbow Centres.
