ILRMS, also known as the Dharitree/Dharitri portal, enables the updation of land record details such as mutation, partition, and land revenue collection. Through this portal, the state government further ensures smooth interconnectivity with the Revenue Circle, Sub-registrar, Deputy Commissioners' offices and the Directorate of Land Records. Any change concerning the Records of Rights (ROR) is generally reflected on the portal.

You can check your land record details online by visiting the official ILRMS portal. Follow these simple steps to check your details online:

• Step 1: Visit the official ILRMS website - https://revenueassam.nic.in/ILRMS/

• Step 2: Click on the ‘Jamabandi’ option

• Step 3: Fill in the details as requested

• Step 4: Enter the captcha code and click on ‘Submit’

• Step 5: Your details will be displayed on the screen

Usually, to check your land record details, you can use any of the following information:

• Patta Number - This is a reference number provided to a piece of land in a rural area, as per the land survey document

• Dag Number - It is similar to a Patta number. The Dag number is given to a plot of land in the urban areas.

• Pattadar Name - Pattadar, refers to the owner of the land. Thus, using the name of the landowner you can access the required land record details.

You can also check your land record details offline by getting a copy from the nearest circle office and submitting an application.
