1. Visit the official EJami Tripura online portal: https://jami.tripura.gov.in/site/index_eng.htm

2. Click on ‘Get Online ROR/Khatian’ on the homepage.

3. Login using credentials.  A fresh account can be created using personal details.

4. After logging in, insert details such as district, sub-district, tehsil, revenue circle and other required information by selecting different filters. 

5. View land record details or take the land record printout. This can also be downloaded for reference.

Utilising the Khewat number, Khasra number, or the Khatauni number, one can check the land records in Tripura through the following steps:

2. Click on ‘Get Online ROR/Khatian’ on the homepage.

2. Log in and check the incorrect details in the associated land records. Information that may be incorrect include: owner names, khatian number or mutation entries.

3. Apply for a mutation correction or a revision online for any incorrect details by attaching supportive documents like mutation receipts, original sales deed, identity proofs, and other required or relevant documents.

4. Upon submission of this request, a concerned officer verifies and conducts a field visit if required.

5. Once verification is completed, official land records are updated.
