Select option 2 to go to ‘PIN relation services’. Then go to ‘Generate Debit Card/ Credit Card PIN’ and then choose ‘Generate PIN’
Now enter the card number, date of expiry in this format - MM (month) YY (year) and the registered mobile number in the required format
You will be prompted to enter your date of birth in this format DD (date) MM (month) YYYY (year)
Post the verification, you would receive a passcode on the registered mobile number. This is NOT the credit card PIN, rather the code to activate the credit card
Once you enter this code, you will be asked to enter a 4-digit code of your choice, this will be your credit card PIN.
Once this step is successful, you will receive a confirmation message about the activation of your card
