Remember that the property tax collection process is facilitated through these essential Form 9 and Form 11 E-Swathu documents.
Both these forms are essential E-Swathu documents used for collecting property tax. The Government of Karnataka has authorised Gram Panchayats to collect property taxes according to Section 199 of the Panchayati Raj Act of Karnataka.
After an amendment in the section in 2013, it has become mandatory for property owners of non-agricultural lands to pay property tax to the concerned authority.
