1. Visit the Axis Bank official website
2. Go to the Internet banking section and log in with your user ID and password
3. Click on 'My Credit Cards' under ‘Accounts'
4.  Click on 'More Services'
5. Choose 'Credit Card PIN Change' and click on 'Go'
6.  Enter the 4-digit PIN of your choice
7.  Proceed by clicking on 'Continue' after entering the PIN
8. Validate the Axis credit card PIN by entering the NETSECURE code sent to your registered mobile number. 
9. Complete the Axis Bank credit card activation online

 

1. Mobile App

You can also initiate the Axis Bank Credit Card PIN Generation setting using the mobile app. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Download the 'Axis Mobile' app from the app stores, or get the link by sending an SMS with “MBANK” to 5676782 from your registered mobile number
2. Click 'Banking' and then select 'Services' from the menu
3. Choose 'Credit Card' under the ‘Services’ tab
4. Select the ‘Set/Reset PIN’ option
5.  Authenticate the Axis Bank credit card PIN generation process using the OTP sent on your number and select 'Continue'
6. Enter the 4-digit PIN and select 'Continue'
7. Validate by entering the MPIN you created at the time of registration
8. Complete the Axis credit card PIN activation and use it for making purchases and other transactions

Axis Bank credit card PIN setup can be done offline by contacting Axis Bank credit card customer care. The steps are as follows:

1. Call the Axis Bank Customer Care helpline at 1860 419 5555/1860 500 5555
2. Follow the IVR instructions and select the option to generate Axis Bank PIN
3. Complete the instructions to generate an activation passcode
4. Enter your Axis Bank credit card details, such as credit card number, the expiry date on your credit card, your date of birth, and the mobile number registered with your account
5. Validate the details to access your activation passcode, a one-time activation code valid for 3 hours, on your mobile.
6. Enter this activation code
7. Key in your preferred Axis Bank credit card PIN after the validation process

 

 

When the Axis Bank credit card PIN generation is complete, you will get a confirmation message on your registered number.

Axis Bank credit card PIN setup can be done offline by visiting an Axis Bank ATM. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Visit your nearest Axis Bank ATM
2. Insert your Axis Bank credit card into the machine
3. Select the ‘Set PIN’ option on the screen
4. Select the option ‘Generate OTP,’ as you are a first-time user
5. Enter the details such as credit card expiry date, date of birth, the mobile number registered with the bank, etc.
6. Validate with the OTP received
7. Enter the 4-digit PIN post authentication
8. Re-enter the same PIN and click on ‘Confirm’
