How to Block a YES Bank Credit Card Offline

There are two ways to block a YES Bank credit card offline either by calling the YES Bank credit card customer care or by visiting your nearest YES Bank branch.

1. Block a YES Bank Credit Card via Customer Care

You must call customer care on 1800 1200 or 1800 103 1212 and block your credit card. If you are calling from outside India, you would need to dial +91 22 4935 0000. If you have a YES First Credit Card, call on 1800 103 6000 (toll-free in India) to block your credit card.

2. Block a YES Bank Credit Card via Branch Visit

You can also visit your nearest YES Bank branch with the copy of the FIR registered against the loss of your credit card and request the representative to urgently block your credit card. The representative would verify your identity and initiate the process.
