Technical (LT) and commercial complaints except cases under sections 126 & 135 of the Electricity Act. Mainly non-monetary matters and monetary claims up to the prescribed small-value limit.

  • How to register:

Use the centralised Customer Care Centre complaint form, send a written grievance to the BKESL Corporate Office or email the corporate nodal address. You can also call the helpline or use the WhatsApp number as listed below. 

  • What is handled:

Higher-value monetary disputes (above the Sub-Division threshold), HT/EHT technical and commercial complaints (except matters under sections 126 & 135), and appeals/escalations from Sub-Division level.

Corporate IGR will consider grievances within the same 90-day reference and will deal with matters not resolved at Sub-Division level; unresolved issues may be directed to the statutory Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum as per regulatory rules.
