Belrise Industries informs about allotment under ESOP

Belrise Industries has informed that the QIP Committee of the Board (the QIP Committee) has, at its meeting held on July 17, 2026 approved the issue and allotment of 7,72,72,727 Equity Shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) at an issue price of Rs 220.00 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs 215 per Equity Share), which includes a discount of 4.68% of the floor price of ₹230.79 per Equity Share, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations), aggregating to Rs 17,000 million, pursuant to the Issue. The Issue opened on July 14, 2026 and closed on July 17, 2026 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated July 14, 2026 and July 17, 2026 respectively. Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid- up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 4,449.39 million, comprising of 88,98,79,192 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each to Rs 4,835.76 million, comprising of 96,71,51,919 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each. Belrise Industries has informed that this is in continuation to letter dated 31 January 2026 through which they had informed regarding the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company approving the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Badve Autocomps, Eximius Infra Tech Solutions, and Belrise Industries and their respective shareholders under Sections 230 to 232 read with other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 subject to the approval of the Stock Exchanges, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Shareholders and Creditors of the Company, Honourable National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT), and such other statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be required. In the context, they further informed that the Company has received Observation Letter in terms of Regulation 37 of the Listing Regulations from National Stock Exchange of India and BSE, both dated July 3, 2026, with ‘no adverse observations’. Bond yields traded higher on Friday after sharp rise in crude oil prices dampened demand for the government bonds. 

In the global market, U.S. Treasury yields held steady on Friday as traders anticipated the release of key labor market data, due later in the day. Furthermore, Oil prices climbed on Friday amid reports that the Yemeni Houthis have struck Saudi Arabia’s southern province of Najran in the latest flare-up of Middle Eastern hostilities.

Back home, the yields on new 10 year Government Stock were trading 2 basis points higher at 6.78% from its previous close of 6.76% on Thursday.
