If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the ensuing AGM of the Company to be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or after Monday, August 03, 2026, as under: a) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as may be made available by National Securities Depository and Central Depository Services (India) as of the close of business hours on Friday, July 03, 2026; b) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Friday, July 03, 2026.
