Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, Takyon Networks has informed that the Company has received a work order worth of Rs. 26,186,000 from ‘Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad’ for the purpose of SITC of ICT-Enabled Audio-Visual Modernization of Classrooms at IIIT-Allahabad. In compliance with the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the disclosure in the prescribed format is enclosed as Annexure A.
