We are an integrated environmental engineering and technology company, building sustainable infrastructure globally, for our industrial and municipal clients, offering specialized services in water treatment, oil separation, wastewater recycling, and supplementary biogas generation (Source: CRISIL Report). Our service offerings span the design, engineering, procurement, installation, and operation of specialized and customized wastewater treatment systems and effluent treatment plants, and water recycling infrastructure. In addition to core water and comprehensive wastewater treatment services ... , we also provide postcommissioning, operation and maintenance (O&M) services to ensure continuity and sustainability of project performance. We offer technology focussed solutions, with an emphasis on compliance with environmental regulations, and project execution. We are a part of the WOG Group which was established in 2010, and as of November 30, 2025, our Company has four Subsidiaries, comprising three direct Subsidiaries and one step-down Subsidiary (which is a Material Subsidiary). To efficiently execute our projects outside India and to comply with applicable local regulatory, tax and operational requirements in various jurisdictions, we have incorporated two Subsidiaries in Singapore.
