E2E Networks has informed that the Board of Directors of E2E Networks at its meeting held on October 16, 2026, took note of the non-compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, pertaining to the non-submission of prior intimation to the Stock Exchanges in connection with the Board Meeting held on August 31, 2026. The Board took note of the fines of Rs 10,000, plus applicable taxes, imposed separately by NSE and BSE in this regard. The Company has duly paid the respective fines, along with applicable taxes, to the Stock Exchanges. Further, in accordance with the directions of the Stock Exchanges, the Company has brought the provisions of the applicable circular to the notice of the promoter of the Company. The Board advised the management to exercise due diligence and ensure strict adherence to the applicable regulatory requirements and prescribed timelines under the SEBI Listing Regulations to avoid the recurrence of such instances in the future. The Company shall continue to strengthen its internal compliance monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely submission of all applicable prior intimations and disclosures to the Stock Exchanges.
