In this regard, Ashika Credit Capital has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation vide its Order pronounced on 08th May, 2026 and the intimation for the same was uploaded on BSE website on the same day.
