HandsOn Global Management (HGM) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 14, 2026, had considered and approved the following: - 1. Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Q1 period ended June 30, 2026. The company has enclosed the reviewed Financial Results, along with Lodha & Co LLP, the Auditors’ report thereon for the reporting period. 2. Infusion of up to US$ 2 Million into its overseas subsidiary, HCI-LLC, Cayman Islands, by way of capital contribution for funding the business/operations requirements, subject to completing FEMA/AD-Bank formalities. 3. CSR Policy of the Company, pursuant to the applicability of the relevant statute. The Board meeting commenced at 9:30 AM and concluded at 10:30 AM.
