Hind Rectifiers submits annual report and AGM
Pursuant to Regulations 30, 34 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hind Rectifiers has submitted the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 along with the Notice of 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 01:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders in respect of resolutions to be passed at the AGM. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository (NSDL) as the authorized agency to provide remote e-voting facility. The remote e-voting period begins on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 09:00 am (IST) and ends on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 05:00 pm (IST). The cut-off date for voting (including remote e-voting) shall be Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The detailed instructions with respect to voting have been mentioned in the Notice of AGM. The Annual Report 2025-26 and the Notice of AGM is being sent only through electronic mode to the Members of the Company whose e-mail address are registered with Depositories/ the Company/the Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the SEBI and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in this regard from time to time. A letter providing the web-link, including the exact path and QR code, where the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 is available, is being sent to those members whose e-mail address is not registered with Depositories/ the Company/the RTA. The Annual Report and the Notice of the AGM can also be accessed from the website of the Company at www.hirect.com, National Securities Depository (NSDL) at www.evoting.nsdl.com, Stock Exchanges - BSE and National Stock Exchange of India at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively.
