Mac Hotels informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Mac Hotels has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 19th February, 2026 to consider, proposal for increase in authorized capital and raising of funds by way of preferential issue, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 13th February, 2026 till 21st February, 2026 in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
